Recruiters can also register for a free profile, then search and contact Freelancers. They can also post projects that they are looking for people to work on.

FreelancerHouse is a bespoke PHP development, created in response to the loss of Freelancers.net, a one-time free site for freelancers to search for work. Freelancers.net was bought out by Freelancers.com, who turned it into a paid service.
